I required passport photo's and paid £10 thinking I was okay with the ones taken, but then was advised by the post office whom I asked for a second opinion that they were too dark. I approached another Max Spielmann store as I had already gone back to the one which had taken the photo's but they refused to take more and told me to send them to the passport office and if returned then and only then would they take more photo's. I did manage to get more taken at no extra cost after producing my receipt but this was at a different location. Do not think that by paying extra for passport photo's at this store that they will pass. - Mark Hoyle Review added: 2018.04.06★ ★ ★ ★ ★I needed a photo restoring and spoke to mark who works there he said they probably not be able to restore it but he pulled out all the stops and got it done for me fantastic service spot on
