Great quality in general. My customers are happy most time...
But the processing time (printing+shipping) is random in general (5 business days they say, but it is sometime15 business days...during christmas it is a problem...)
Sometimes the quality and the packaging is random and i had few bad reviews for that.
Until i find an alternative for Uk market, i'll continue to work with them but i'm not very happy.
I'm not happy with the customer service too, they don't keep the promises and put us in a very bad position for our customers...
