I'm usually happy with the service at the BCWHC but today, 12.05.17, it has been less than adequate. I arrived for a no appointment visit to x ray. I handed my letter in to the receptionist and she took my details and handed it back to me and asked me to take a seat in the waiting area. I watched all the people being called to different clinics and after 50mins went to the desk and asked how soon would I be seen. The receptionist said there had been a blip with the computer and I would be waiting for some time. I said that my car park ticket would run out if I waited too long. I was called through there and then but I was made to feel a nuisance by the radiographer. Her attitude was less than pleasant. She did not welcome me and didn't explain fully what to do. I had to ask. She didn't help me lie on/get up from the bed even though I was in lots of pain. I went home feeling very tearful.
